3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.

By clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in the shopping cart.

After receipt of your order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation by e-mail. This confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not yet constitute acceptance of the purchase contract.

The purchase contract is concluded once we expressly accept your order or dispatch the goods to you.

4. Product Information

Our product descriptions, images, and notices serve to provide information about our products. Minor deviations in colour, structure, cut size, or natural characteristics are possible with natural products and do not constitute a defect, provided that the contractually agreed quality is not impaired.

Our products include, in particular, feed materials, complementary feed, single feed materials, oils, and care products for horses. The respective compositions, analytical constituents, feeding recommendations, and instructions for use can be found in the product description, on the packaging, and in other product-specific information.

5. Prices and Payment Terms

All prices are stated in euros and include statutory VAT where applicable, plus any shipping costs.

Shipping costs are shown separately during the ordering process.

The prices valid at the time of the order apply. Promotional prices, discounts, and vouchers are valid only during the specified period and under the stated conditions.

The payment methods offered in the shop are displayed during the ordering process. Payment is due upon completion of the order unless another payment method has been expressly agreed.

6. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery is made to the delivery address specified by the customer.

Our delivery areas, shipping costs, free shipping thresholds, and delivery times are set out in the current shipping conditions in the online shop.

Please ensure that the delivery address is complete and correct. Additional costs arising from incorrect or incomplete address details may be charged to the customer.

Partial deliveries are permissible insofar as they are reasonable for the customer. We bear any additional shipping costs incurred as a result.

For consumers, the risk of loss or damage to the goods passes only upon delivery of the goods to the consumer or to a third party designated by the consumer.

7. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

8. Right of Withdrawal / Right of Cancellation

Consumers are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation.

Details can be found in our separate cancellation policy.

9. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal for Certain Goods

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are liable to deteriorate rapidly or whose expiration date would quickly be exceeded.

The right of withdrawal also does not apply to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if the seal has been removed after delivery.

This applies in particular to opened or unsealed feed products, herbs, oils, care products, and comparable products that are no longer suitable for resale after opening for reasons of health protection, hygiene, or quality assurance.

Statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

10. Warranty

The statutory warranty provisions apply.

11. Instructions for Use and Customer Responsibility

Our feeding and usage recommendations are general recommendations and do not replace individual advice from a veterinarian, nutrition consultant, or other qualified professional.

The customer is obliged to observe the information on the product, dosage recommendations, storage instructions, and any warning notices.

Particular care should be taken with pregnant mares, foals, elderly horses, sick horses, horses under medication, or horses with special metabolic or organ-related conditions. In such cases, consultation with a veterinarian or qualified nutrition consultant is recommended before use.

In the event of illness or special health conditions of a horse, a veterinarian should always be consulted, particularly to obtain a sound diagnosis, discuss appropriate treatment options, and exclude possible interactions with feed products, herbs, or medications administered.

If allergic reactions or intolerances occur, use or feeding must be discontinued immediately and a veterinarian consulted.

Feed and care products must be kept out of reach of children.

After receipt, feed products should preferably be transferred into clean, dry, airtight containers and stored appropriately.

Despite the utmost care and repeated checks during processing and production, the complete absence of foreign objects cannot be guaranteed. The goods should therefore be checked before feeding.

Notice Regarding Natural Feed Products

Our feed products are organically certified and manufactured as naturally as possible – without preservatives, insecticides, or fumigation.

The occasional occurrence of food moths cannot be completely ruled out in natural products and does not constitute a quality defect.

Infestation may also occur after delivery due to external influences (e.g. storage conditions, surroundings, or open windows).

12. Liability

We are liable in accordance with statutory provisions.

We accept no liability for damages resulting from improper use, failure to follow feeding or usage instructions, improper storage, or unauthorized combination with other products, unless we are at fault.

Liability for personal injury and damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence remains unaffected.

13. Data Protection

Information regarding the processing of personal data can be found in our separate privacy policy.

14. Copyright and Trademark Rights

Texts, images, graphics, videos, product names, product descriptions, designs, and other content of this online shop are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.

Any use, reproduction, editing, or publication without our express consent is prohibited.

All trademarks and third-party identifiers mentioned remain the property of their respective owners.

15. Applicable Law

Austrian law shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not restrict mandatory legal provisions of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence.

16. Contract Language

The contract language is German.
