Transparency for AI-generated content

NATÜRLICH PFERD uses artificial intelligence for some of its product and store images. As the deployer within the meaning of Article 50 of the EU AI Act, we label this content clearly and consistently.

How we label

AI-generated or AI-modified images carry the official marks of the European Commission:

  • AI GENERATED — the image was created entirely with artificial intelligence.
  • AI MODIFIED — a real image was altered with artificial intelligence.

The label appears clearly visible directly on the image. For some images the label is additionally embedded permanently into the image file (“burned in”) — so it stays in place even when the image is downloaded, shared, or displayed outside this store.

Our responsibility

NATÜRLICH PFERD, as the operator of this store, is responsible for this labeling. Every labeling decision is documented internally with a timestamp and the acting user, so we can meet our accountability duties under Article 50 of the EU AI Act at any time.
