- In the event of illnesses and alternative treatments of any kind for the horse, a veterinarian must always be consulted, in particular to make a sound diagnosis, to advise on treatment options, and to avoid interactions with herbs/herb mixtures (offered here) and any administered medications.
- The stated feeding recommendations/application recommendations must be observed.
- Should allergic reactions or intolerances occur, feeding/application of the respective products must be stopped immediately and a veterinarian consulted.
- Care products and feed must be kept out of reach of children!
- All feed must be transferred into clean and tightly sealable containers upon receipt.
- Despite the utmost care and repeated checks during the processing of our products, the complete absence of foreign bodies cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, please check all goods before feeding.
Note on food moths
Our feed products are organic-certified and produced entirely naturally – without preservatives, insecticides, or fumigation. As a result, the occasional appearance of food moths in organic products can never be completely ruled out.
This does not constitute a quality defect and is completely harmless to horses.
Of course, we endeavor to prevent possible contamination, but unfortunately, this cannot always be excluded. In addition, it should be noted that food moths are now found almost everywhere due to climate change and can also enter stables, storage rooms, and living spaces through open windows or doors. An infestation, therefore, does not necessarily have to be "supplied," but can also arise during storage.
