Right of Withdrawal / Cancellation Policy
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. In the case of partial deliveries, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you took possession of the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration, for example by letter or e-mail.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
Excluded are any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.
For the reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
Return of Goods
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of the withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
Please return the goods with sufficient postage and securely packaged for transport. Unpaid or insufficiently stamped returns may result in additional costs.
Refusal to accept a parcel does not constitute withdrawal from the purchase contract.
Compensation for Loss in Value
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value results from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion or Limitation of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
The right of withdrawal also does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
This applies in particular to opened or unsealed feed products, herbs, oils, care products, and comparable products which, once opened, are no longer suitable for resale for reasons of health protection, hygiene, or quality assurance.
Damage, Defects, or Incorrect Delivery
Please inspect the goods immediately upon receipt. If a product is damaged, defective, or an incorrect item has been delivered, please contact us immediately at office@natural-horse-feed.com so that we can review the matter and offer a solution.
Statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
