Would you like to order from another EU country? Please contact us before placing your order. We will check individually whether delivery to your country is possible.

Shipping to Switzerland is currently not available.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout and displayed transparently before the order is completed.

Austria

Free shipping for orders over €150.00
Shipping costs below this amount: €9.90

Germany

Free shipping for orders over €200.00
Shipping costs below this amount: €12.90

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are generally:

Austria: 2–4 business days
Germany: 3–6 business days
Other EU countries: 4–8 business days

Please note that delays may occur in individual cases, for example during periods of high demand or seasonal peaks.

Shipping Service Providers

Orders are shipped via reliable shipping partners (e.g. DPD/Post/DHL).
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail.

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Partial Deliveries

If a product is exceptionally unavailable, we reserve the right to make a partial delivery, provided this is reasonable for you.

No additional shipping costs will be charged in such cases.

Why do our images have the "AI generated" tag?

From August 2026, the EU AI Act requires that AI-generated and AI-modified images must be appropriately labelled. For this reason, you will find the notice "AI generated" on many images in our shop.

For the creation of our product images, we exclusively use our own packaging and product photos as a basis. With the help of artificial intelligence, realistic backgrounds and atmospheric scenes can be added, while the depicted products, labels and essential features correspond to the originals.

The labelling serves exclusively for legally required transparency. It does not mean that the depicted products were artificially generated or deviate from the products actually offered.
Of course, all product information, compositions and declarations correspond to the products actually offered.

Organic Certification

Some of our products are organic-certified and bear the "Bio" label in the product name.
These products are regularly inspected by the control body Austria Bio Garantie GmbH (AT-BIO-301) and comply with the applicable EU guidelines for organic products.

Please note:
Not all products in our range are organic-certified.
This applies in particular to special supplementary feeds or raw materials for which organic certification is currently not available or cannot be reasonably implemented. Of course, we also attach great importance to quality, purity and careful selection of raw materials for these products.
